Artisans provides professional trade services including HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical work. All service requests are subject to professional assessment and availability. We reserve the right to decline service requests that do not meet safety standards or fall outside our technical expertise.
Our artisans are highly skilled professionals who operate under strict brand guidelines to ensure quality. By scheduling a service, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property for the duration of the work.
2. Payments and Billing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the initial assessment. Final costs may vary based on unforeseen complications or material price fluctuations. Payment is due upon completion of the rendered service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Liability
Artisans maintains comprehensive professional liability insurance. However, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered. We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues or damage resulting from underlying conditions not disclosed prior to work.
Homeowners are responsible for securing valuable personal items and providing a clear work area. We are not responsible for damage to items left in the immediate vicinity of active construction or repair zones.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Artisans website, including logos, designs, text, and photography, is the exclusive property of Artisans Services. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our brand assets is strictly prohibited and protected under international copyright law.
Project photography taken by our team for documentation or marketing remains our property. We respect your privacy and will seek explicit consent before using images of your private residence in promotional materials.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the site or services shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Pennsylvania.
